By installing or using Text to Questions for Google Docs™ (“Text to Questions,” “the Add-on,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

Text to Questions for Google Docs™ is owned and operated by Lesson Suite AI, a product of Cosmic Publications, LLC.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the add-on.

Description of Service

Text to Questions for Google Docs™ is an educational productivity add-on designed to help educators generate questions from text within Google Docs™ documents. Features may include:

• Question generation from document text

• Exporting questions into Google Docs™, PDFs, or Google Forms

• Optional answer keys and formatting tools

Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements to use this service. The add-on is intended for educators and adult users.

User Responsibilities

By using Text to Questions, you agree that:

• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.

• You will not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• You understand that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as authoritative without review.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Text to Questions uses artificial intelligence to generate educational questions. While the tool is designed to assist educators, all output is provided “as is.”

Cosmic Publications, LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Educational suitability

• Alignment with specific standards or curricula

You are solely responsible for how generated content is used.

Paid Features & Subscriptions

Some features of Text to Questions may require a paid subscription.

• Paid access is verified through a third-party payment provider.

• Subscription access is tied to the user’s email address.

• Features may be locked or unavailable without an active subscription.

• Subscription terms, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in loss of access to paid features.

Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the service (in whole or in part)

• Change features, pricing, or usage limits

• Suspend access for maintenance or policy enforcement

We are not liable for any interruption or modification of the service.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and service content related to Text to Questions for Google Docs™ is owned by Cosmic Publications, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the add-on or its components without permission.

Third-Party Services

Text to Questions integrates with third-party services such as OpenAI and Stripe to operate. Use of the add-on is also subject to the terms of those third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Publications, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the add-on

• Errors or omissions in generated content

• Loss of data or productivity

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your paid subscription to Text to Questions for Google Docs™ at any time.

• When a subscription is canceled, access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  
  

• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
  
  

• Once the billing period ends, paid features will automatically revert to free access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the add-on if:

• These Terms of Service are violated
  
  

• The service is misused or abused
  
  

• Required by law or platform policy
  
  

You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it from Google Docs™.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
